本研究提出一田間作物狀態提示系統,包含環境資料收集器、數據資料庫、專家決 策規則庫、預測模型產生器、預測模型執行器以及使用者介面,用於收集田間感測資料, 並透過專家系統進行數據分析,而獲得田間作物狀態預測結果,作為栽培管理作業調整 依據。其中預測模型產生器可以藉由環境感測值的收集與分析,並使用深度學習演算法 來建立作物狀態預測模型,再交由預測模型執行器以產生作物狀態預測結果,透過使用 者介面轉化為使用者容易看懂之指示訊息,提供使用者參考進行防治相關作業。在 2022-2023 年在恆春鎮洋蔥田區進行的試驗也顯示本研究可以透過數據分析適時反應出 田間環境變化對作物發病的危害程度,可以取代人力田間調查工作,達到預防勝於治療 的目標。 |

英文摘要 | This study proposes a field crop status reminding system comprises an environmental data collector, a database, an expert system, a predictive model generator, a predictive model executor and a user interface, which is used to collect environmental sensing data and use it to conducts data analysis and obtains field crop status prediction results as a basis for adjustment of cultivation management operations. Among them, the predictive model generator can collect and analyze environmental sensing values and use deep learning algorithms to establish a crop status predictive model, and then hand it over to the predictive model executor to generate crop status prediction results, which are converted through the user interface. Provide instructions that are easy for farmers to understand and provide farmers with reference for prevention and control cultivated operations. Experiments conducted in the onion field of Hengchun Town from 2022 to 2023 also show that this research can reflect the degree of harm to crop disease in time caused by changes in the field environment through data analysis, and can replace human work of field investigation to achieve the goal: prevention is better than cure. |
